On Road Wideband Fuel Ratio Tuning with DYNOJET wideband commander

Before we start the tuning session, it is your responsiblity to ensure that all your mechanical parts are in good condition and have met the requirements for sufficient & safe air fuel tuning. Therefore maximizing the opportunity to tune your engine for optimum power.

Below is the common list of failure:

    • Limitation of stock injectors and worn out fuel pump. (When major upgrades have been done to engine) Eg. Bolt On Turbo.
    • Overdue/Worn timing belt, balancer belt, other belts & bearings. Result of broken timing belt can be possible if ignored.
    • Clutch slipping due to worn clutch disc.
    • Worn spark plugs or incorrect spark plugs gap, heat range & type.
    • Worn off distributor, ignition power packs and ignition coils.
    • Worn spark plug cables.
    • Insufficient Engine Oil (Normally we will still check before starting tuning session).
    • Leaking engine oil & loss of oil pressure. (Vehicles with VTEC & MIVEC can be effected when engine oil pressure is not sufficient).
    • Faulty stock O2 sensor
    • Cracked or leaking turbo exhaust manifold or intake manifold.

We recommend you to resolve the above issues before you book a tuning session with us.

FTZONE RACING will not be responsible for any damages occurred during tuning which is beyond our control.
