• Buyers will have to bank-in full amount including shipping charges for the purchased item before shipping can be arranged. Please allow 2-5 working (local) or 4-15 working (international) days for products to be delivered via preferred methods of shipping.
• All confirmed sale should be completed within five (5) working days or the sale is considered void.
• Any payments made to us will be forfieted if you cannot collect or accept delivery after 30 days upon item arrival at showroom.
• Risk of loss or damage of goods are passed on to buyers as soon as goods are sent to the courier office or loaded on their transport. Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage of goods during transit/shipment by the courier company. If your item is insured, we will help you to file a claim with the corresponding courier or insurance company.
• We accept no responsibility for user initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
• We reserve the rights to change the price without prior notice or decline your order.
• When you place an order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated in my this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store & our related web sites are not refundable.
• All goods sold/shipped 'as is' basis and are not refundable, exchangeable nor returnable. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are purchasing the correct model/type for your application before placing an order and pay for it. 
• FTZONE Racing does not provide any kind of warranty for all product purchased online (either posted or self collected) unless stated in the sales description.
• In order to entitle for special online pricing, full payment is to be made before self collection is allowed at the showroom. Any purchase at my showroom directly without prior payment(s)or approval will not be entitled for special online price. Please be specific when placing orders via email.
• Some of the products sold here are used for racing purpose only & may not be road legal. It is your reponsibility to check with your local transport authority for legal use of the products sold here.
